Our People Experience (HR) team is evolving how it partners with the business, and this role will increasingly focus on proactive, forward-looking work. We're looking for someone who thrives in strategy and change while staying hands-on with employee relations and manager support as our model evolves.

  • Drive goal alignment across the business unit and the enterprise, connecting people priorities to measurable business objectives
  • Partner with leaders in annual planning and budgeting for human capital needs, translating business plans into workforce plans
  • Help the leadership team plan future staffing models that blend our people, AI-enabled work and the right location strategy, with a focus on augmenting and reskilling our workforce as roles evolve

Organization Design and Future Talent

  • Conduct upfront organizational needs assessments to determine the right interventions and which PX centers of expertise to engage
  • Lead organization design, restructuring and scenario planning based on future business needs, including spans and layers analysis
  • Lead skill gap analysis and future talent planning with leaders, identifying the capabilities the business needs to grow and building plans to close gaps
  • Identify talent issues, holistic and individual, before they affect the business, and put a plan in place to address them

Talent and Leadership

  • Advise and coach senior leaders on talent management, including competency requirements, leadership selection, performance management, retention and succession planning
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for the leadership team and critical roles
  • Advise on compensation and promotion decisions and represent the business unit in calibration, partnering with Total Rewards

  • Lead change management for business changes and PX initiatives that affect employees at all levels, and build change agility in the leadership team
  • Coach leaders to build a culture where every employee feels seen, valued and supported
  • Support the goals and implementation of DEIB initiatives aligned to the broader organization
  • Help leaders interpret and act on employee engagement results with their teams

Insights and Integrated Solutions

  • Provide people data and insights, partnering with PX Insights and Analytics, with recommendations and action plans that make an impact
  • Partner with PX centers of expertise, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Employee Relations, to deliver integrated people solutions
  • Co-develop and drive cyclical talent processes for the business unit, including workforce planning, performance review, talent review, succession planning and compensation planning

Employee Relations and Manager Support

  • Guide managers and employees through complex employee relations matters, including investigations, partnering with PX colleagues for timely, consistent resolution; coach managers to address issues early and build lasting capability

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic business partner to executive leaders with a focus on organizational design and effectiveness
  • Proven experience leading change management and supporting leaders and employees through change and identity evolution
  • Experience leading workforce planning, skill gap analysis and future talent planning
  • Strong business and financial acumen; looks at business issues as a businessperson first, then applies HR expertise
  • Ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications, and HR solutions into business impact
  • Ability to understand workflows within a function and across the enterprise, probe for inefficiencies and lead those discussions with the business
  • Established as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, using that credibility to resolve conflict and productively introduce it
  • Ability to articulate and advance a strong point of view at the enterprise level and within PX, while staying open to differing views
  • Comfort using people data to diagnose issues and build a case for action
