Build and maintain complex backend APIs and system integrations using Python and TypeScript. The role requires 10+ years of backend engineering experience and collaboration with a U.S.-based team for at least 2–4 overlapping hours. Dental practice management system or healthcare integration experience is strongly preferred. Experience with GraphQL, Hasura, PostgreSQL, GCP, or AWS is valuable.
