- Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, expertise, and emerging industry trends.
- Partner with senior management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
- Execute on strategic initiatives and programs.
- Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations.
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated roles in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy and transformation.
- Experience managing large initiatives and executing results in a complex environment.
- Experience partnering with most senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
- Ability to drive problem solving for complex scenarios (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions).
- Ability to create concise executive-level communications and presentations that tells a compelling story.
- Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, ambiguous, and high-demand environment.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Adherence to in-office attendance expectations.
