Wells Fargo Digital Data and AI organization with Consumer banking and Lending is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Digital Payments and Money Movement Team.
The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling customer centric digital payment and money movement products that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable. This role provides end-to-end product leadership across the product delivery lifecycle, owning product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution while ensuring alignment to business priorities, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Operating as a senior product leader within a Team of Teams (ToT) model, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology, architecture, experience design (XD), and delivery leadership to drive discovery, refinement, and delivery across complex, cross functional digital initiatives.

In this role, you will:
Product Strategy & Value Delivery
- Define, evolve, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital payment and money movement capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.
- Own product epics and features with clear acceptance criteria and definition of ready, ensuring measurable value delivery.
- Ensure all known work is captured, prioritized, and transparent across L3/L2 backlogs (epics, features, stories).
- Balance customer experience, business value, technical feasibility, risk, and regulatory compliance in all product decisions.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery, dependency, and regulatory risks.
- Partner with Experience Design, Technology, and Architecture to lead discovery, refinement, and delivery across complex initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Delivery Coordinators to develop delivery plans, conduct epic and feature analysis and sizing, and assess feasibility of scope, timing, and capacity.
- Lead and participate in Agile events including Big Room Planning (BRP), refinement sessions, Product Owner syncs, and system demos, clearly articulating product vision and priorities.
- Serve as an escalation point for delivery impediments, providing timely decisions and leadership to maintain momentum.
- Act as a senior leader within the Team of Teams model, coordinating across Product Owners, business analysts, delivery leaders, and shared services.
- Influence and align business product leaders, technology teams, and partners in a highly matrixed environment.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes effectively to senior and executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across teams.
- Model Lean Agile leadership and servant leadership principles.
- Embed customer centricity and design thinking into product strategy and delivery.
- Promote continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience delivering large-scale consumer digital payments initiatives, including new product launches.
- Proven track record creating and leading high performing digital product management teams.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong command of payments system architecture patterns, data movement, and system interactions.
- Evidenced innovation in the consumer payments space, driving new digital products and features to market.
- Experience leveraging analytics and Ai-powered tools to improve product discovery, delivery velocity, and customer experience.
- Experience directing overall customer experience, partnering closely with customer research and experience design teams.
- Previous banking or financial services experience leading digital product management teams.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
