In this role, you will:
- Develop end to end event strategies that advance business goals and deliver measurable impact
- Lead planning and execution for complex multi-day events, conferences, and senior level meetings
- Build event models that use data insights to define priorities and optimize spend
- Create budget frameworks with forecasting, investment guidance, and variance analysis
- Direct sequencing and cross functional coordination for large scale initiatives
- Advise leaders on event strategy, industry trends, and conference engagement
- Strengthen governance processes to reduce operational and third-party risk
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Implement contingency plans to maintain continuity and protect business operations
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ years of event management experience within the financial services sector
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience implementing end-to-end multi-day corporate event programs
- Experience leading complex planning efforts that align events to business outcomes
- Experience managing cross functional coordination for large or high visibility initiatives
- Experience working with the Cvent, Dealogic and BuyTheSell (BTS) platforms
- Experience mitigating operational and third-party risk throughout event delivery
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
