About the role:

We are hiring a Senior / Lead IFS Projects Consultant to lead the implementation and support of project management and project accounting processes in IFS Cloud.
You will own the Projects workstream end-to-end from solution design and configuration to Go-Live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design
• Configure modules:

                      o Project Planning & Structure (WBS)
                      o Project Budgeting & Forecasting
                      o Resource Planning
                      o Project Costing & Revenue Recognition
                      o Time & Expense Management

• Align project accounting with Finance (GL, costing, revenue)
• Support project data migration and validation
• Drive Project-to-Cash lifecycle optimization
• Support integrations (Finance, Procurement, HR/Resource Management)
• Lead SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement post Go-Live
• Engage stakeholders across PMO, Finance, and Operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years ERP Projects / Project Accounting consulting experience
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of:

                        o Project lifecycle (initiation → execution → closure)
                        o Project costing, billing, and revenue recognition

• Experience in data migration, UAT, and Go-Live support
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred
• The role involves travel to customer sites to support client engagements, project delivery, stakeholder meetings, and other business requirements. Candidates must be willing and able to travel internationally as required by the role.
