Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting, including clients in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit sectors.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of complex activities and guidance to others
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
• Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Treasury Management Consulting or related financial services, advising senior leaders on complex strategies
• Sector knowledge of Healthcare, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit treasury need
• Proven ability to solve complex, cross-functional challenges and deliver large-scale solutions
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with sound judgment
• Experience leading projects or mentoring teams within a consulting or treasury environment
• Ability to collaborate and influence at all organizational levels, including executive leadership. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts clearly and effectively

Job Expectations:

• This position will require up to 50% of travel
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
