Lob was founded in 2013 by technical co-founders with a vision to connect the world one mailbox at a time. Today, we're transforming the way businesses use direct mail and bringing the power of technology to a traditionally manual channel.

Our modern logistics and fulfillment engine helps businesses to build and scale high-quality, personalized direct mail programs without the operational burden. As we grow to meet the evolving needs of our customers and expand our product offerings, we’re building a team to shape the future of direct mail.

At Lob, we are building a technology-enabled supply chain that brings clarity, efficiency, and reliability to direct mail and logistics. This role sits at the center of that system—Help streamline execution across a distributed, multi-site network and ensuring alignment between Product, Operations, and Sales.

We’re looking for a program-oriented operator who can translate strategy into execution—driving cross-functional initiatives, building scalable processes, and ensuring consistent performance across the network.

What You’ll Do

  • Own weekly execution cadence: Lead the weekly functional plan—align priorities across Product, Operations, and Sales; define deliverables; and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
  • Lead business reviews: Manage the Weekly Business Review (WBR), consolidating inputs, surfacing insights, and driving accountability across teams
  • Drive cross-functional logistics programs: Lead initiatives that translate product capabilities, network design, and operational plans into scalable execution across a multi-site environment
  • Manage execution at the network level: Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies across sites; resolve day-to-day logistics and material flow challenges; escalate issues as needed
  • Define and scale operating processes: Build and standardize workflows, operating procedures, and communication structures that enable consistent execution across teams and locations
  • Establish performance visibility: Work with leadership creating KPIs and develop reporting metrics, and deliver regular insights on logistics performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Act as a cross-functional connector: Align Product, Operations, and Sales by translating business needs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth handoffs across teams
  • Lead Product & Logistics alignment: Run the weekly Product and Logistics forum, driving structured discussions, decisions, and follow-through
  • Drive billing accuracy & process improvement: Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and improve workflows
  • Engage customers as needed: Provide updates, manage expectations, and support escalations to ensure a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10+ years in program management, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from design through execution in high-scale or distributed environments
  • Strong understanding of logistics networks, material flow, or multi-site operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, track milestones, mitigate risk, and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience defining processes, KPIs, and operational dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvement
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, solve problems in real time, and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
