This person will be responsible for ensuring we have well managed close, consolidations, legal entity, and intercompany processes. - Lead team in building well managed intercompany loan / transaction process and provide technical accounting expertise around complex legal entity structures
- Include, inspire, and empower associates. Actively support training, development, and evaluation of associates to build / maintain a high-performing, cohesive team
- Build relationships, collaborate, and partner cross-functionally with customers and key stakeholders, including accounting systems and technology partners

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or military experience

- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- At least 8 years of experience in accounting, or audit or finance, or a combination
- At least 3 years experience in of people management
- At least 5 years of experience with financial institutions
