We are looking for a NYC (EST working hours) or London based Senior Manager, AI Innovation & Enablement to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing global team. We have an in-office policy of 2 days per week for local employees.

About the Role

OpenAsset is establishing an AI Center of Excellence to drive an operational transformation towards becoming an AI-First and AI-Native organization. The CoE will radically improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency across the company—from sales follow-up to financial forecasting, onboarding automation to engineering velocity.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, AI Innovation & Enablement to take charge of this transformation. You’ll define and execute our AI strategy, partner with our AI Ops Engineering team, and champion adoption of AI solutions like ChatGPT, Replit, and emerging agentic AI tools.

This is a critical, high-impact role: blending strategy, technology, and enablement to build the “internal brain” of the company. You’ll work directly with the CFO and department leads to identify high-leverage opportunities, deploy AI-driven workflows, and create a culture of experimentation, innovation, and measurable results.

Company Description

OpenAsset is the leading marketing platform for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries, trusted by 1,000+ clients over 20 years. Our mission is to be the most innovative partner to AEC firms, delivering solutions that help win more projects. We recently announced a new AI-Proposal product Shred.AI to continue this mission.

We’re a diverse, collaborative, and fast-growing team of 100+ employees with offices in New York and London and a global client base. Backed by Marlin Equity Partners, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and has a voice, and we actively hire from a diverse pool of candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise-Wide AI Transformation: Define OpenAsset’s internal AI strategy, prioritizing projects across GTM, Finance, CS, Support, Product, and Engineering. Partner with the company’s senior leaders to outline a comprehensive AI strategy that reflects in every department's operations. Shift the mindset from AI as an add-on to AI as an essential component of our day to day.
  • Project Identification & Management: Identify potential AI use cases and projects across the organization by collaborating with each department. Prioritize a portfolio of AI initiatives based on business impact and feasibility and manage these projects through their lifecycle (from proof of concept to full deployment). Serve as the product owner for internal AI tools and workflows, including GPT assistants.
  • Continuous Innovation: Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively recommend new tools or approaches that could benefit OpenAsset.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across our company to understand their processes and pain points. Ensure AI solutions are tailored to each function’s needs and are integrated smoothly into operations. Collaborate with all departments to ensure data access, security, and governance are handled appropriately.
  • Champion Network Leadership: Build and lead an internal network of “AI Champions” (representatives in each department – see AI Champions Program below). Provide these champions with guidance, coordinate their efforts, and incorporate their feedback to drive grassroots AI adoption across all teams.
  • Business Case & ROI: Champion a “spend-to-save” philosophy; track and report AI-driven efficiency gains and savings to the executive team.
  • Ensure Responsible Use Governance: Collaborate with departments like Legal, IT, Ops and Security to ensure all AI deployments adhere to compliance and information security requirements, and that we meet key regulations regarding privacy and data handling.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs or documentation to help employees adopt new AI-driven tools. Serve as an internal “AI coach” for department leaders—proactively helping them integrate AI into daily operations. This includes educating teams on how to use AI applications (e.g. an AI-enhanced CPQ system or an AI-based data analytics tool) and promoting best practices in line with the AI policy.

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10+ years in SaaS, Consulting, BizOps, RevOps, or strategic operations in a tech scale up
  • Deep experience leading AI initiatives in an innovation, transformation, enablement, or product management capacity. Comfortable and fluent with AI tools — committed to actively using AI in daily workflows.
  • Proven track record of deploying or enabling AI tooling (e.g. GPTs, copilots, AI agents)
  • Experience with agentic AI tools, including both usage and development (preferably via low-code / no-code platforms).
  • Strong product management skills: understanding workflows, identifying AI opportunities, and writing clear, actionable requirements.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to develop internal tools and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful training and enablement initiatives.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to developer frameworks for agentic AI development.
  • Prior consulting experience or worked as chief of staff in a tech enabled scale-up a plus
  • Experience with RAG systems (e.g. LangChain, Dust)
  • Experience designing GPT interfaces for Slack or web
  • Exposure to enterprise AI compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, DPA)
  • Experience managing or hiring external AI contractors
