Syndax Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Manager, Boomi Developer

The Role:
Syndax Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Boomi Developer to design, build, and support integrations across our enterprise application ecosystem. This role is primarily focused on Boomi AtomSphere development, including integration workflows and Master Data Hub (MDH), while also supporting and enhancing critical employee lifecycle integrations (onboarding and offboarding).
The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small biotech environment. This individual will take ownership across multiple areas, quickly learn new systems, and contribute beyond their core expertise. Experience with the Boomi platform and enterprise applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
- Build and support data synchronization and governance processes within Boomi Master Data Hub (MDH)
- Own the full integration lifecycle, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design and development
- Testing and deployment
- Monitoring and support
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across employee lifecycle events (hire, transfer, termination)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability and data integrity
- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration mappings and process flows
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across G&A, Clinical and Commercial teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Partner with Compliance and Security teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and audit requirements
- Provide support for other enterprise applications and platforms, as needed (e.g. NetSuite, Concur)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syndax’s integration architecture and standards
- Manage environments and maintain best practices for testing and promotion to production
Desired Experience/Education and Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
- Experience with:
- Boomi Data Integration
- Boomi Data Hub
- Boomi Flow
- Boomi Molecule Infrastructure
- Data mapping, transformation, and error handling
- Enterprise applications (e.g., HRIS, ERP, ATS, Contract Management); NetSuite experience preferred
- Managing external vendors
- Strong understanding of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow)
- Direct experience supporting:
- Employee lifecycle integrations (ATS, HRIS, Payroll, IAM/SSO)
- Procure-to-Pay integrations (ERP, Procurement systems)
- Audits (e.g. SOX)
- Experience in life sciences, biotech, or other regulated environments
- Exposure to Boomi AI capabilities

Location: Syndax’s corporate office is in New York, NY.
Syndax offers a total compensation and rewards package that is among the most competitive in the industry. Base pay is just one element of our package and is determined within a range based on several factors including market data, experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, travel requirements and internal equity. Our overall package also includes an equity offering, annual target bonuses, and an outstanding benefits program. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $125,000-$145,000.
