Job Description

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Brand Activation plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Invesco’s brand strategy across North America and Europe, driving how financial advisors and institutions perceive the company’s offerings. This role leads the development of innovative, audience-first advertising campaigns across diverse paid media channels, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and creative teams. Leveraging expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing, the position ensures a consistent and compelling expression of Invesco’s value proposition at every touchpoint while using AI-powered tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. Ultimately, the role goes beyond campaign execution to drive measurable results, champion creativity, and elevate the global impact of Invesco’s brand.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Drive the development and implementation of the brand across Invesco paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA, from strategy to execution.
  • Work closely with the Digital Channel Activation Team (paid media), segment marketing partners, and relevant firm stakeholders to develop insight-driven campaign briefs that inspire our internal creative team and external agency partners to produce breakthrough paid media programs delivered in impactful, measurable ways.
  • Collaborate with internal creative team and agency partners to develop advertising campaigns, implementing/enforcing the brand standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns and ensure timely and excellent delivery on scope and expectations, including working with legal and compliance on campaign approvals.
  • Work with the analytics team to develop campaign KPIs, monitor measurement and performance and optimize creative based on program performance. Focus on key insights (eg social listening, client feedback, competitive audits) to continuously seek ways to enhance client engagement metrics.
  • Lead the management and tracking of the Invesco creative campaign budget.
  •  Continuously monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to develop and refine story programs rooted in client insights and analytics.
  • Demonstrated interest in and proficiency with AI‑powered tools to inform insights and enhance creative development.
  • Must exude the passion for storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco products and services.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Results oriented marketer with 7-10 years of experience and a proven track record of creating innovative paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA that have driven business results, using data and insights to improve client engagement metrics.
  • Excellent “end to end” project management capabilities from insight to execution. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Budget tracking experience.
  • Experience collaborating within a transforming marketing organization, as well as with segment/product marketing, internal creative teams, sales, corporate communications, legal and compliance.
  • Possess an intellectual curiosity that drives strategic thinking and out of the box ideas.
  • Superior communication and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in nimble, test and learn, iterative environment, with the ability to make decisions based on analysis and data.
  • Highly collaborative team player who is open minded, flexible and willing to incorporate other people’s opinions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

The salary range in New York City for this position is $120,000 to $125,000/ year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
