The Senior Manager, Branded Content Production leads the operational execution of branded content programs across social, native, and video formats. This role manages production workflows, oversees a multidisciplinary producer team (including a native content writer), and ensures seamless coordination with Sales/GTM, Creative, and Editorial Video partners.
This position blends operational leadership with creative collaboration - helping shape how concepts are executed and ensuring creative continuity - while strategic creative direction and content strategy are owned by Commercial Strategy.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $101,500.00 - $169,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production operations for branded content across video, native, and social formats.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of producers and a native content writer.
- Translate creative concepts and briefs into executable production plans that meet quality, feasibility, and timeline expectations.
- Partner with Creative and Editorial Video teams to ensure continuity and consistency in production execution.
- Oversee timelines, workflows, resourcing, and project-level budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact for production-related deliverables, expectations, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate across Sales/GTM, Commercial Strategy, Creative, and Editorial Video to support cross-functional alignment throughout the production process.
- Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across production workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in management or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Creative, Editorial, and Strategy stakeholders.
- Strong operational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and scope alignment.
- Ability to build and improve production systems, workflows, and operational standards at scale.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to support creative execution and partner effectively with creative teams.
