Who are we hiring?

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations – Ad Sales & Sponsorships Sales Operations to join our team in Burbank. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of business operations, sales operations, integrated marketing and account management, with a primary focus on driving performance and revenue outcomes across Ad Sales and Sponsorships.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at designing and executing processes to capture meaningful data and performance metrics, enabling actionable insights and measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing sales enablement tools, supporting sellers with strategic insights and prospect lists, and developing end-to-end processes supporting both the pre-sale process and fulfillment of campaigns and sponsorships that lead to upsell and renewal opportunities.

What will you do? 

 Business Operations & Sales Enablement 

  • Maintain centralized repository of sales materials, playbooks, documentation, process guides and benchmarks for sellers. 
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors to capture campaign performance metrics that account managers and sellers can leverage in client conversations. 
  • Develop prospect lists and sales guides for priority campaigns. 

Operational Process & Campaign Management 

  • Own the methodology, frameworks, and performance metrics used to develop and respond to RFPs and partner evaluation forms. 
  • Design, oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end campaign execution process from pre-sale through delivery, ensuring alignment across cross functional teams. 
  • Support post-campaign wrap-ups and internal reporting by ensuring campaign deliverables and execution details are properly documented. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Partnership 

  • Facilitate alignment between Sales, Account Management, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Production, and other internal partners throughout the campaign lifecycle. 
  • Support leadership meetings, QBRs, planning sessions, and offsites with insights, reporting and strategic analysis. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and reporting to better support the evolving needs of the Ad Sales organization. 

What do you need to succeed? 

  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Business Analytics – or equivalent experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other strategic and analytical roles with exposure to operational strategy and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort partnering across executive leadership, sales teams, and technical functions. 
  • Experience managing vendors to ensure timely delivery of required assets and deliverables. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau (or other BI platforms), Airtable (or other project management tools) and Excel. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay Range
$130,000$170,000 USD
