Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Own the strategic operating rhythm for the business unit, including MBRs, QBRs, executive staff meetings, planning sessions, and leadership offsites; partner with senior leaders on prioritization, executive communications, presentations, and strategic decision-making so decisions translate into measurable execution.
- Develop and continuously improve operating mechanisms, governance, and business processes that increase organizational effectiveness and execution quality.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, driving alignment across business partners and resolving organizational roadblocks.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and operating visibility into organizational health, KPIs, OKRs, risks, and execution progress; recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Advance people and organizational operations, knowledge management, mentorship, onboarding, communications, and scalable collaboration practices that support a high-performing team.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications
Required Experience and Education
Minimum levels to qualify for this job (Basic Qualifications or BQs):
Work experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or related operational leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives.
- Experience designing and scaling business processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple functions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
License and Certification:
- No license or certification required.
Preferred Experience and Education
Preferred Qualifications (PQs) (a.k.a Nice to have):
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business judgment with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and changing priorities.
Work experience:
- Experience building executive dashboards, business reviews, and operational reporting.
- Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption of new operating models.
- Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Education:
- None preferred.
Certification:
- None preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The base pay for this remote or hybrid role is: $110– $150,000. You are also eligible for employee benefits medical, dental, vision, life, and participation in the company 401(k) plan. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
