The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Channel Partnerships to drive the successful launch, enablement, and growth of our partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will focus on delivering value through our partnerships—ensuring partners are activated, enabled, and generating revenue through effective co-selling and program execution. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure partners are equipped to successfully introduce and deploy VideaHealth’s AI platform within their networks.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines partner relationship management, operational execution, and revenue growth through partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Activation & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding and activation of new channel partners, ensuring successful launch and alignment with VideaHealth sales and delivery processes

  • Develop partner enablement programs including training, playbooks, and certification materials

  • Ensure partners understand VideaHealth’s value proposition, product capabilities, and go-to-market strategies

Partner Growth & Revenue Delivery

  • Work with partners to drive pipeline development and revenue through joint sales motions and co-selling strategies

  • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement, including bundled offerings, campaigns, and joint customer initiatives

  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to increase partner-driven revenue

Program Execution

  • Help build and operationalize VideaHealth’s channel program including partner tiers, incentives, enablement resources, and performance tracking

  • Develop scalable processes and tools to support partner engagement and growth

  • Track partner metrics and report on program impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on partner strategy and execution

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, product updates, and training initiatives with partners

  • Provide feedback from partners to internal teams to improve product and partner experience

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners post-signature

  • Ensure a high-quality partner experience across onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement

What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years in partnerships, channel management, partner success, or revenue operations roles at high-growth SaaS or healthtech companies

  • Yu excel at taking partnerships from signed agreements to real business impact, focusing on activation, execution, and revenue delivery.

  • You are skilled at building strong relationships with partner stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.

  • You bring structure to partner programs and enjoy building scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement materials.

  • You work well across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful partner outcomes.

Bonus points
  • Experience in the dental or healthcare technology space

  • Familiarity with common dental platforms (e.g., PMS, imaging software) and dental service providers

  • Experience working with channel or reseller programs in SaaS or AI-driven products
