Senior Manager, Client Services: Conduct market research on the demand for clients’ music and media products and develop and execute business strategies and campaigns pertaining to their media branding and social media engagement. Lead research on the demand for clients’ products and provide market insights to inform strategies on how to enter target markets and increase popularity and market share. Evaluate the consumer market and media engagement of competitors to determine product positioning and messaging that will differentiate the product from others in the market. Develop media and advertisement strategies based on the results of market research and develop comprehensive media plans including the scope, objectives, and requirements for branding and engagement initiatives. Develop schedules and cost estimates for media plans and outline strategies through which the company can obtain as much positive digital and social media coverage for the client as possible. Lead and coordinate with various teams at MediaLab, including Ad Ops, Paid Social, Media Planning, Marketing, Sales, and Research, throughout all stages of the client brand activation process and ensure campaigns are aligned with MediaLab’s overall business objectives. Gather and analyze campaign data, including third party metrics, verification metrics, and technical capabilities, and develop comprehensive campaign recap reports to include technical campaign analyses, graphs, and explanations of findings. Evaluate campaign performance from a digital, video, verification, and content perspective and provide recommendations on how to increase engagement and grow the client’s business. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the music and media industries to inform the development of future branding and advertising campaigns and strategies. Supervises one Media Planning Specialist, one Senior Media Planning Specialist, one Account Manager, and one Senior Account Manager.


Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Media Management, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. It requires skills and knowledge in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Prisma, and MS Office. The position involves incidental travel, 1 % of the time, not more than several days a few times a year throughout the U.S.


Salary: $157,000.00 to $161,000.00 per year
