We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Senior Manager, Creative Operations to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our integrated creative calendar and key go-to-market (GTM) milestones. This role serves as a critical operational partner across Brand Creative, Men's Design, Women's Design, Product Development, Visual Merchandising, Store Development, and Marketing, ensuring teams remain aligned, informed, and accountable throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative relationship-builder, exceptional project manager, and systems thinker with a deep understanding of the end-to-end product creation process. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and are skilled at bringing cross-functional teams together to drive alignment and execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the integrated creative calendar, ensuring alignment across Product Development, Design, Brand Creative, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Development.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional timelines that connect seasonal product milestones with creative deliverables, marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and GTM objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Product Development to track seasonal product creation milestones and maintain organizational visibility across key deliverables.
  • Support Design Operations through calendar management, milestone tracking, process coordination, and workflow optimization.
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for our Native Design partners, ensuring smooth communication and approvals for all product collaboration touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the Brand Creative Project Manager to ensure seamless integration between product development timelines and marketing campaigns, content creation, and launch planning.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across creative, product, retail, and marketing functions, facilitating communication and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and Store Development teams remain connected to product, creative, and marketing priorities throughout the seasonal calendar.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, proactively developing solutions to keep teams on track.
  • Facilitate milestone reviews, planning meetings, and cross-functional working sessions to drive accountability and execution.
  • Maintain operational tools, trackers, reporting, and documentation that support the product creation process from concept through launch.
  • Support the Chief of Staff / VP, Creative Operations in managing strategic initiatives, business priorities, and special projects.
  • Develop project plans, executive presentations, process documentation, and operational frameworks that improve organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll have:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Creative Operations, Project Management, Product Operations, Design Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working within an apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product creation lifecycle, including concept development, design, development, merchandising, production, and go-to-market planning.
  • Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects, seasonal calendars, and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly collaborative with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, a sense of ownership, and a passion for building effective processes that enable teams to do their best work.

We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000 USD, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
