Synack is seeking a Senior Demand and Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performing demand engine that drives pipeline, revenue, and market visibility.

This role owns how Synack goes to market across channels — translating positioning and messaging (in collaboration with Product Marketing) into programs, campaigns, and digital experiences that convert.

You will lead demand generation, digital performance, and web optimization — ensuring every marketing investment is aligned to measurable business outcomes. This role is a growth leader, and people manager, accountable for pipeline, performance, and scale. This is a pipeline ownership role, not a messaging role.
