The Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead critical initiatives across customer analytics, reporting, insights, and forecasting. This role blends strategic insight and operational rigor to drive high-impact analysis, pricing strategies, media optimization, and data-driven forecasting across revenue-critical functions.
You will own financial models, lead cross-functional analytics projects, deliver clear and compelling insights to executive leadership and build scalable reporting and business intelligence workflows that support decision-making. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, FP&A.

What You'll Do
- Build and lead customer-facing forecasting models and deliverables
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and business health trackers
- Drive proactive scenario analysis and pricing-related insights to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee invoice forecasting and reconciliation workflows
- Lead the development of scalable analytics tools including trend monitors and proactive reportingPartner cross-functionally with customer-facing teams to support performance and optimization
- Coach and mentor analysts while improving reporting and analytics capabilities
- Design anomaly detection frameworks, support business health alerts, and clearly communicate risk and upside opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in FP&A, analytics, or business intelligence roles at a B2B company in a tech or tech-enabled business
- Expertise in visualizing data, crafting clear business narratives, and distilling complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, reporting automation, dashboard creation a plus
- Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with senior leaders across corporate functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability in fast-paced, high-volume data environments
- Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling extremely sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in performance marketing or advertising analytics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
