Based in either Los Angeles or New York, this position will be hybrid with a mix of working in an AECOM office and virtually.

Our ideal teammate is:

  • Serve as a go-to expert and trusted resource for benefits-related communication needs.
  • Develop and deliver creative content to support campaigns and strategies. This includes but is not limited to tactics like leadership messages, employee newsletter stories, intranet content, talking points, FAQs, presentations, blogs, social posts, and videos.
  • Track engagement metrics and employee feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and best practices.

  • Simultaneously support multiple workstreams with various stakeholders—identifying connections among them for more strategic storytelling.
  • Ensure developed communications content meets AECOM brand and quality standards.
