    implementation of necessary changes.
  • Evaluate the indirect tax implications of new international business initiatives, lead or support cross-
functional implementation of process enhancements in partnership with Finance, Legal, Product, and
Operations departments, and develop scalable, audit-ready compliance frameworks.
  • Assist with registrations, annual compliance requirements, special projects, and ad hoc requests from
    business partners and external advisors.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals at all levels by providing regular feedback, supporting career growth, building succession plans, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in international indirect tax, including VAT/GST/JCT compliance and advisory work
    across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Expertise in EU VAT, including IOSS, OSS, Intrastat, and fiscal representation frameworks
  • Experience with tax account reconciliations, workpapers, and month-end or quarter-end close support
  • Proven ability to translate complex indirect tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance for cross-
functional business partners and senior leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple compliance workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth
    environment.
  • Strong analytical research, communication, and project management skills.
