Articulate is looking for a Senior Manager, International Integrated Marketing to help set the strategy and lead execution of international growth marketing efforts across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. This role will oversee a small but growing team, currently two Associate Managers focused on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in LATAM and APAC.
You will provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to your team while also building the infrastructure, processes, and frameworks that enable scalable growth across global markets.
As the lead for international integrated marketing, you will partner closely with our international sales teams, reseller partners, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to design repeatable go-to-market frameworks, drive full-funnel lead generation and nurturing strategies, and expand Articulate’s footprint in high-growth international regions. You will also support more established reseller partners in EMEA with co-branded initiatives and growth strategies.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is skilled at building and developing teams, creating scalable campaign infrastructure, and tailoring approaches to fit the maturity of different markets. You will report to the Director, Global Integrated Marketing.

- International Growth Strategy
- Define and lead the international integrated marketing strategy with a focus on scalable frameworks, infrastructure, and repeatable processes
- Oversee expansion efforts into high-growth LATAM and APAC markets while ensuring continued support for established EMEA partners
- Identify new market opportunities and design tailored campaign strategies to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
- Campaign Infrastructure & Execution
- Establish structured processes for campaign development, execution, and reporting across regions
- Oversee development of co-branded, full-funnel campaigns with reseller partners, enabling scalable lead generation and nurturing strategies
- Support optimization of partner-led events and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with acquisition marketing, brand creative, product marketing, and our reseller partner network to drive cohesive and effective international campaigns
- Guide your team in collaborating with content marketing, creative, and operations teams to tailor campaigns for market needs
- Align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue objectives across international regions
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define clear metrics for campaign performance and ensure consistent reporting against international revenue growth goals
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness across markets and regularly recommend improvements to optimize process, impact, and scalability
- Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Build strong relationships with reseller partners’ marketing teams across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA
- Facilitate regular cadences with partners to align on campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and market-specific strategies
- Occasional travel required to represent Articulate at international partner events and support partner-led marketing initiatives
What you should have:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in international B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years managing peopleLocated in US (required)
- Multilingual proficiency strongly preferred (English, Spanish required; Portuguese highly valuable; German, Swedish, or Italian a plus)
- Experience working with global teams across various time zones and languages, including the occasional off-hours meetings
- Experience working with international markets, including familiarity with LATAM, APAC, and EMEA market dynamics
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Proven ability to create scalable campaign infrastructure and frameworks that drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of full-funnel integrated marketing campaign strategy and execution
- Skilled collaborator with experience working across acquisition marketing, product marketing, creative, and sales
- Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Iterable, Braze, or similar), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker preferred)
- Ability to derive insights from marketing data and convert them into actionable strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyFour-year university degree or equivalent experience
