Manages the day-to-day activities and operations of Learning and Organizational Development programs.
Develops processes and programs designed to encourage strategic change and transformation.
Job Responsibility
1. Assists with the development of learning and organizational strategies, initiatives, programs and interventions in support of the enterprise business strategy.
2. Provides leadership to Learning and Organizational Development team members and managers by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
2. Designs training and skill development programs that are aligned with the
health system's objectives; collaborate with various business units and leaders
to define specific training requirements.
3. Engages with Leadership to identify skill/knowledge gaps and identify training needs, develops training courses, curriculum, or materials, and delivers and evaluates training sessions.
4. Manage, evaluate and provide feedback on learning programs to ensure continuous improvement. Identify success metrics and regularly report on progress and gaps.
5. Decisions typically relate to products/services of business area(s), identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems
6. Identifies opportunities to initiate operational change within a department
7. Assists leadership in setting strategic direction for key programs
8. Regularly collaborates work with leadership and others outside of own function
9. Typically responsible for managing team members and executing policies at multiple sites
10. Responsible for performance reviews, corrective actions, promotional decisions, and pay actions for direct reports
11. Manages budget expenditures for teams and/or large projects

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience, required.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience, required.
