Our Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships team helps bring Yahoo to more people by working with OEMs, browsers, and platform partners to grow distribution, engagement, and revenue through preloads and integrated product experiences.

As a Senior Manager, Partner Manager, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic distribution partners across OEMs and browsers, helping maximize value for Yahoo, our partners, and the millions of people who use our products every day. You'll collaborate closely with Business Development, Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to plan the GTM for new partnership launches, strengthen and renew existing relationships, and identify opportunities to accelerate Yahoo's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of OEM and browser partnerships, from signature through renewal, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.

  • Partner on commercial negotiations for renewals, and amendments, including revenue share, default placement, and distribution terms.

  • Build trusted relationships across partner organizations through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

  • Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, managing operational activities, and resolving technical or contractual issues quickly and effectively.

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that grow Yahoo's reach and revenue through apps, homepage new-tab-page placements, browser extensions, and pre-installed product integrations.

  • Partner cross-functionally with BD, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Platform, Sales, and Marketing to onboard and maintain deals, scope integrations, as we bring them to market.

  • Analyze partner performance against revenue, traffic, and engagement targets, using data to identify risks early and build mitigation or growth plans.

  • Take interest in the broader marketplace trends to be fluent in partner challenges and recent headlines. 

  • Share insights, learnings, and best practices across internal teams to influence future partnership strategy and product roadmaps.

  • Represent Yahoo Everywhere Partnerships in partner-facing meetings, and industry events.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years of experience in partner management, alliance management, or business development, ideally within consumer tech, entertainment, commerce, mobile, or OEM ecosystems.

  • You have demonstrated experience negotiating, managing, and growing distribution agreements with OEMs, consumer tech or entertainment companies, carriers, or similar platform partners.

  • You understand commercial agreements, deal economics, revenue share models, and the metrics that drive reach, engagement, and monetization.

  • You have experience collaborating across Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to structure and ship deals.

  • You build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, using empathy, influence and collaboration to drive outcomes.

  • You use data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and develop compelling recommendations that support business growth.

  • You know how to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work under deadline pressure.

  • You have used the latest AI tools (i.e., Claude, Chat, Gemini) to create and optimize workflows (e.g., partner reporting) for yourself and to grow team capabilities

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

  • Existing relationships within OEM, tech, consumer apps, browser ecosystems are a strong plus.

  • This role is remote based in the US

  • We offer flexibility to work best: expect some occasional in-person meetingsPeriodic travel for partner meetings and industry events should be expected.

The compensation for this position ranges from $122,250.00 - $255,000.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
