What you'll be responsible for
Circle is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to help drive partner-centric go-to-market strategy across APAC. In this role, you will partner closely with Distribution Partners, including digital wallets, neobanks, fintech apps, investment platforms, remittance and cross-border payments platforms, and NGOs, with a focus on markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, and India. You will work cross-functionally to support the activation, growth, and success of strategic partner engagements by developing co-marketing campaigns, advising partners on how to market Circle products to their customers, and contributing to growth objectives tied to global USDC issuance and utilization.
What you'll work on
  • Serve as the marketing lead for large-scale enterprise partner engagements across APAC.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive USDC growth across B2B2C and B2B2B audiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner marketing teams, shaping growth hypotheses, campaign plans, and execution strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing strategy, content development, PR and communications, product messaging, and positioning.
  • Create partner-facing marketing assets, including blog posts, case studies, social campaigns, product overview materials, and enablement resources.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize partner marketing programs.
  • Travel in-region to meet with strategic partners, participate in ecosystem events, and represent Circle's partnerships and products locally.

What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience across partner marketing, Web3 marketing, consumer finance, payments marketing, growth marketing, business development, or partnerships.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B, B2B2C, or B2B2B marketing campaigns in financial services, fintech, payments, or digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of APAC markets, with experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and partner ecosystems.
  • Deep knowledge of Web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to create marketing collateral, campaign plans, messaging, and partner-facing enablement materials from the ground up.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience driving GTM execution across marketing, partnerships, product, PR, and regional teams.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working with distribution partners such as digital wallets, neobanks, fintech apps, investment platforms, remittance platforms, or NGOs.
  • Comfort operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and building structure where needed.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools, prompt development, Slack, Apple macOS, and Google Workspace.
