Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Partnerships & Alliances is responsible for developing and executing strategic, integration, and referral partnership and alliance initiatives to drive growth and revenue for the organization. This is a critical role on our Marketing team and will have significant exposure to Truckstop’s leadership teams. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with the company's overall business objectives. This role is critical in developing and executing partnerships, with a tight focus on building and supporting the right partners for Truckstop’s brand and customers.  

The Senior Manager will work individually to achieve core channel sourced lead and revenue targets while also collaboratively working with multiple departments to deliver on the company’s corporate strategy. The ability to achieve core company goals while balancing the best partner experience is an absolute must. 

Essential Job Functions:  
  • Developing and implementing a partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives. 
  • Identifying and building relationships with potential partners, including technology partners, service providers, and other strategic alliances. 
  • Negotiating and executing partnership agreements, including contract terms, revenue sharing models, and other key details. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and other initiatives that drive revenue and growth. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact for partner communications and engagements. 
  • Monitoring and analyzing partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership performance. 
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovation. 
  • Explore, develop, recruit for and manage strategic, integration, referral-based, discount and other partner programs in support of marketing and corporate lead and revenue goals  
  • Ongoing partner management including relationship development, partner enablement and regular program evaluation with partners 
  • Achieve and exceed channel lead and revenue generation goals  
  • Partner with Partner Enablement Specialist to create co-marketing assists and enable prospective and existing partners to drive awareness and adoption 
  • Travel when needed to industry and partner events 
Position Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 
  • Four plus years in a sales management or partner management role 
  • Advanced Microsoft suite skills   
Preferred Qualifications, Not Required:  
  • Five or more years of experience and a strong background in developing and executing successful partnership strategieswith SaaS Partnerships  
  • Five or more years of experience with online partner ecosystem marketplaces, Salesforce.com, PartnerStack, sales best practices, and other sales toolsis preferred

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000$150,000 USD

The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
