  • Lead packaging initiatives to align product offerings with customer needs and product capabilities.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to benchmark pricing and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze pricing elasticity and execute A/B tests, cohort analysis, and pricing experiments to optimize revenue.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure pricing strategies support product innovation, revenue goals, and GTM execution.
  • Develop and maintain pricing playbooks and discounting frameworks to enable Sales teams and improve deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand buyer behavior, objections, and deal trends, using insights to refine pricing strategy.

Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage financial modeling, pricing analytics, and business intelligence tools to inform pricing recommendations.
  • Test and refine monetization strategies to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV), expansion revenue, and retention rates.

What You Have

  • 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, or revenue optimization within a SaaS, B2B, or technology company.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with expertise in pricing analytics, elasticity testing, and revenue forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based and usage-based pricing models and best practices.
  • Experience conducting pricing experiments, competitive analysis, and market research to inform strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with pricing tools, BI platforms, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and financial modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex pricing concepts into actionable recommendations.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) pricing strategies.
  • Background in behavioral economics or pricing psychology.
  • Familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems and pricing automation tools.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Impact: Own and define the pricing strategy for a high-growth, market-leading company.
  • Innovation: Work on cutting-edge monetization models and AI-driven pricing strategies.
