Who are we hiring?

We are seeking an experienced pricing strategy leader responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize revenue performance across Sphere Experience shows and other entertainment offerings as needed. This role will leverage demand analysis, customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive positioning to establish pricing frameworks, optimize ticket pricing, and drive revenue growth. The position will partner closely with Finance, Ticketing, Sales, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to develop pricing strategies, evaluate performance, and deliver actionable recommendations that support business objectives.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies based on demand patterns, customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive insights to maximize revenue performance.
  • Establish pricing frameworks and segmentation strategies across customer types, including group, individual, and other ticketing segments.
  • Analyze sales trends, booking patterns, customer behavior, and market data to make data-driven pricing recommendations.
  • Partner with Data Science to develop and enhance pricing models, forecasting tools, and analytical approaches that inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on demand shifts, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate pricing effectiveness and maintain optimal market positioning.
  • Partner with Ticketing Operations and Box Office teams to implement pricing strategies accurately and efficiently across ticketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives and business needs.
  • Evaluate pricing effectiveness across events and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future pricing strategies.
  • Utilize pricing and revenue management tools to support pricing decisions, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and present pricing performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance revenue outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or related analytical roles within sports, entertainment, venues, hospitality, travel, or similar industries.
  • Strong experience developing and executing pricing strategies in a high-volume, demand-driven environment.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster operations and applications (Archtics, Host, TM One) preferred.
  • Experience with pricing and revenue management platforms such as IdeaS, Rainmaker, Duetto, QCue, Luxe Pricing, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable pricing recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical reporting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range
$96,000$155,000 USD
