As a Senior Manager of Process Management within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will lead a team of process managers in building and delivering an enterprise-wide process hierarchy governance framework that enables transparency, improves business efficiency, and drives results. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the universal "language" of how our business functions while collaborating with first-line leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of the process hierarchy to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.
Within ERM, a robust process hierarchy is the foundation for risk identification and structural framework that supports risk assessment. You will architect and govern a multi-level enterprise process hierarchy that aligns with industry standards while reflecting our unique business model. You will establish the standards and metadata requirements for all business processes to ensure consistency across global business lines. You will ensure the process hierarchy is structured to support comprehensive risk assessments, allowing risk owners to aggregate data and view risk exposure at the process, business unit, or division level.

This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. - Manage and lead a high performing team of associates
- Design, implement and maintain a robust process management lifecycle
- Design and produce metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
- Influence first-line divisions to ensure the process hierarchy accurately reflects operational reality
- Design and manage reporting that provide real-time visibility into process health for leadership
- Act as the functional lead for the GRC platform, ensuring the digital architecture supports the process hierarchy
- Provide subject matter expertise on the process hierarchy when representing ERM in projects and other meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management
- At least 2 years of experience in Project management
- At least 2 years of experience in People management
- At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's Degree in related field (Business, Risk Management, Finance)
- 5+ years experience in Process Management (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Agile), Risk Management (i.e. CRM), or Compliance (i.e. CRCM, CIPP, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Project management or PMP certified
- 5+ years of experience in People management
- 5+ years of experience in Relationship management
- 5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software
