As the ultimate destination for circular fashion, the brand now offers infinite points of access to its shared closet via a fully customizable subscription to fashion, one-time rental or ownership. About the Job:

The Senior Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain Planning will report to the Director of Transportation, Planning, Procurement & ESG. Core responsibilities will be to (1) own supply forecasting and ordering for RTR’s two fulfillment centers, and (2) work with data owners throughout the company to build and maintain accurate demand forecasts and partner closely with leadership of our warehouse fulfillment teams to plan based on these forecasts. In this role, you will oversee an hourly team of three.

What You’ll Do:

Procurement

  • Analyze supplies usage data and create visualizations and KPIs; lead weekly and monthly business reviews on key metrics.
  • Forecast supply usage, ordering, and cost in partnership with Finance and Accounting. Track spend against the forecasted budget and promptly solve for and/or escalate any unbudgeted cost.
  • Manage and develop best practices for the PO, invoice, and receipt process of all non-inventory receipts for Operations.
  • Manage and develop best practices for supply cycle count and accounting reconciliation.
  • Manage key vendor relationships to leverage purchasing power, including negotiating pricing and contract terms alongside Legal.
  • Support Operations and Engineering teams for key projects by researching, testing, and procuring new supplies.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to ensure the successful rollout of RTR’s new garment bag design in early 2026, including demand modeling and ordering.

S&OP

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Transportation & Planning to lead RTR’s S&OP process from start to finish - from engaging forecast input owners across the company to advising on Operations labor planning based on the forecasts you produce.
  • Own the compilation of weekly outbound and inbound volume forecasts based on data from input owners, including Buying, Data Analytics, Finance, and Inventory. Lead these cross-functional partners through RTR’s weekly S&OP process.
  • Review current S&OP tools and processes with a critical eye to determine what, if any, need to be changed or revamped in order to improve planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Continuously analyze forecasts and day-of-week curves to ensure the greatest possible forecasting accuracy.
  • Partner with Operations leadership as they build their labor plans based on the forecasts you create. Act as their key point of contact for all things S&OP.

 About you:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a supply chain, operations, warehousing, or project management role.
  • You have experience leading/collaborating with operations, finance, accounting, and buying and/or procurement teams in the pursuit of delivering KPIs.
  • You have experience with building, owning, and delivering on operating metrics.
  • You have experience creating forecasts and analyzing data sets with multiple variables.
  • You have a strong analytical background and the ability to apply that to readily available data. Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills are a must; other data tool skills are a bonus.
  • You have the vision to find the answers to complicated operational problems and are relentless in your desire to improve processes and try new things.
  • You have experience managing hourly associates in operations roles.
