Joining its powerful, intuitive platform with its vibrant, distinguished brand, GlossGenius is the ideal combination of a fintech, SMB software, and consumer company all in one.

About the Role

As we scale, we're expanding our Product Analytics capabilities to accelerate innovation and optimize the customer journey. As the Senior Manager of Product Analytics, you’ll lead the team that transforms data into strategic insights and drives product decision-making across the organization.

You’ll build and develop a high-performing team focused on uncovering opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Working across Product, Design, Engineering, and AI/ML, your work will shape how we measure and optimize AI-driven features—enabling GlossGenius to deliver more intelligent, personalized, and delightful experiences at scale.

You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid environment. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale a team of product analysts, ensuring analytical excellence, mentorship, and a strong culture of learning and impact
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product analytics at GlossGenius, aligning with company and product objectives
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and AI/ML leadership to define key success metrics, frameworks, and methodologies for evaluating new features and AI-powered experiences
  • Guide the design and interpretation of sophisticated experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, model-driven evaluations) to assess product performance and inform roadmap prioritization
  • Develop and standardize analytical frameworks and reporting to measure product health, customer engagement, retention, and business growth across multiple product areas
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to evolve GlossGenius’s data infrastructure, event taxonomy, and self-service analytics capabilities
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to senior executives—translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies that influence product direction and long-term business decisions
  • Build scalable analytics processes and systems that enable consistency, speed, and accuracy across product teams
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data fluency across the organization, empowering teams to test, learn, and iterate rapidly
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on analytics priorities, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities for product and customer growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles, with at least 2+ years leading and growing high-performing analytics teams
  • Proven experience building or scaling a product analytics function at a fast-growing SaaS or consumer technology company
  • Deep expertise in SQL and experience analyzing complex event-based datasets
  • Hands-on experience designing and interpreting experiments (A/B testing, multivariate analysis) and strong statistical foundations
  • Strong product intuition and business acumen with demonstrated success influencing product strategy through data
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to engage and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction
  • Experience partnering closely with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to evolve data models, instrumentation, and analytics infrastructure
  • Excitement about leading at the forefront of AI-first product development and defining how analytics measures intelligence-driven user experiences

Benefits & Perks

  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive health & dental insurance options, with premiums partially covered by GG
  • Fertility and adoption benefits via Carrot and Kindbody
  • Generous, fully-paid parental leave policy
  • 401k benefit - employees are eligible to contribute starting day 1 of employment
  • Professional Development - employees receive a yearly stipend for approved learning and educational-related expenses
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Dependent Care FSA
  • Home office stipend
  • Team Bonding: As a distributed team, being able to build meaningful bonds both virtually and in person is incredibly important to us! We are constantly evaluating how we accomplish this and currently, teams are given opportunities to gather in person throughout the year.

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $180,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
