• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, surface trade-offs, facilitate decision-making, and align stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, Data Reporting, Vendor Partners, Process Design / Operating Model Enablement, and leadership teams.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, project/portfolio reporting, and presentation development skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, create structure, drive follow-through, and influence without direct authority.
Relevant Experience
• Experience in enterprise PMO, transformation office, strategic initiatives, program governance, or cross-functional business transformation.
• Experience supporting transformation roadmaps, initiative sequencing, prioritization routines, investment tracking, business cases, and executive governance forums.
• Experience managing risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decision logs, milestone plans, resource needs, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
• Experience with workflow modernization, automation, AI-enabled transformation, process transformation, service delivery improvement, technology implementation, or vendor-supported delivery initiatives is preferred.
