About the Role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to join our growing Post Trade Sales organisation. This individual will play a key role in strengthening our client franchise, expanding strategic relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our clearing and Prime Services business!

This is an Individual Contributor role with significant scope for long‑term career progression, including future leadership opportunities, given the growth trajectory of the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen relationships with Prime Services, Clearing Members, and other post‑trade clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high‑quality sales pipeline—prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and driving the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
  • Navigate complex organisations, influence collaborators at multiple levels, and create advocacy to support commercial outcomes.
  • Represent our clearing and post‑trade solutions with confidence, clarity, and strong market insight.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners across product, sales, operations, and senior management to deliver a coordinated client strategy.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support product development, regulatory readiness, and broader critical initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, the role of central clearing, and Prime Brokerage.
  • Working knowledge of the trading landscape and the evolving regulatory environment affecting banks (e.g., capital and margin regulations).
  • Familiarity with CCPs, Clearing Services, and derivatives‑related regulatory agendas.
  • 4–8 years' experience at a major international bank, ideally with exposure to Prime Services, Futures & Options, Derivatives Clearing, and client coverage.
  • A self‑directed, results‑oriented sales professional who operates with focus, discipline, and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and engage senior collaborators to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation—with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $135,000 - $225,000.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG’s Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
