About The RoleThe Senior Manager, Social Media will lead the creative strategy and execution for our social and brand-led influencer content. They will be responsible for conceiving and creating original content to assist business goals, share our unique point of view, and bring joy to our online community. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a creator; hands on and flexible to adapt to the ever-evolving climate of social media. Digitally native and socially fluent and able to drive our social voice that is both on brand and unique. They will work closely with the Brand and Creative, Merchandising and Marketing teams to bring social projects to life.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Responsible for creating and developing social creative using best editorial practices and reflecting brand and performance goals to increase awareness and engagement.

  • Responsible for creating a point of view, voice and vision for TRR’s social presence.

  • Responsible for leading the creative strategy and execution for our social channels.

  • Responsible for iterating on creative strategy using key metrics and KPIs to meet engagement, impressions, and follower goals.

  • Responsible for monthly reporting on organic social performance + brand influencer content..

  • Responsible for managing our social media channels, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Tiktok, Substack, YouTube, and Pinterest.

  • Responsible for closely monitoring trends on social media to identify opportunities for content creation, storytelling and community management.

  • Responsible for monitoring feedback and sentiment on our social channels to inform organic content and flagging any controversial issues.

  • Partners with Editorial Director to customize and maintain the editorial calendar for social, telling seasonal and impactful stories throughout the year that are aligned to brand vision, goals, and campaigns.

  • Partners with Manager of Brand Narrative on social voice and creative team on visual direction + asset development.

  • Partners with CS/CR on community management and driving brand sentiment.

  • Manages, mentors and leads social media teams.

  • Responsible for briefing and directing content creators and influencers for organic and paid social channels and leading relationships with agencies.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or related fields

  • Strong proficiency in digital trends and best practices

  • A strong storyteller, highly creative and innovative

  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing social media teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in growing social follower counts for high profile accounts

  • Paid social experience\Strong understanding of social landscape

  • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills\Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Experience managing external partners

  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines 

  • Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth

The expected salary range for this role is $134,558.00-$170,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
