Who we are

For over 50 years, we have worked closely with investment and asset managers to become the world’s leading provider of integrated investment management solutions. We are 3,000+ colleagues with a broad range of nationalities, educations, professional experiences, ages, and backgrounds.

SimCorp is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group. Following the recent merger with Axioma, we leverage the combined strength of our brands to provide an industry-leading, full, front-to-back offering for our clients. SimCorp is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to building a culture where diverse perspectives and expertise are integrated into our everyday work. We believe in the continual growth and development of our employees, so that we can provide best-in-class solutions to our clients.

Why this role is important to us

In Talent Acquisition we are consistently looking to improve the service we deliver to our internal clients, by innovating not just in how we deliver recruitment, but also how we look to engage a diverse candidate pool.

We are looking for a manager who can lead our strategic talent acquisition agenda across our global Commercial and Professional Services business areas. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a consistent continuous recruitment model to support SimCorp’s significant revenue opportunities whilst partnering with Commercial and Client Services leaders up to C level in SimCorp.

What you will be responsible for

  • As TA Manager you are responsible for guiding and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners and you will be overall accountable for the recruitment services, processes and satisfaction within the Client Services and Commercial team.

  • You’ll be the point of entry for the Senior Management Teams on the strategic talent acquisition agenda and you will be leading the dialogue with the business on developing strategies for how to accommodate the expansion plans per functional area

  • You will be responsible for assigning recruiters to the different sub-level organizations also on a case-by-case basis as well as ensuring a sound balance of workload

  • You will act as sparring partner for the recruiters in the team and manage capacity related bottle-necks

  • You will take part in developing our employer branding efforts together with the Communication team and other stakeholders

  • You pay attention to our candidates and you will collaborate on suggesting activities to ensure that the candidate experience always has high priority.

  • Lastly, and importantly you will have the opportunity to apply your solid recruitment toolbox as the TA Manager to provide recruitment support herself/himself for roles on Executive and senior hiring irrespectively of which organization they belong to

  • You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

What we value

Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.

  • Solid of experience with recruitment and the FinTech industry with a preference around established Financial Services Technology Sales and technology products, Software as a Service and Technology.

  • As your team and the organization you support is based across the globe, it is beneficial that you have been working in an international company in a global role

  • You have an effective recruitment toolbox

  • You are strong in managing many stakeholders and accommodating a broad variety of needs and an evident ability to create trust at all levels

  • You consider yourself “a Master in search” and you bring vast experience into how to perform efficient search and deploy alternative ways of finding candidates

  • You should hold experience from a talent acquisition leadership role, leading a team of between 7-10 Recruiters.

  • You know how to go from a good idea to model that idea into a concrete and scalable concept

Personal traits

  • You support diversity and ensure an inclusive culture

  • You have a commercial curiosity

  • You are delivery oriented

  • You see data as a necessary way to understand the overall picture, to understand behaviour and how to improve our services and as a team

  • You apply a continuous improvement mindset and you have a curiosity in utilizing software to leverage a good delivery
