Our TPM Sr. Managers have:
- Strong technical backgrounds (building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
- A quantitative approach to problem solving, ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguous technical and organizational challenges
- Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills with deep focus on execution, secure commitments on deliverables, accountability, and results
- Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listening, and deep seated empathy for teams and partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 5+ years experience delivering large-scale, technical, complex, cross-domain programs
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using AWS cloud computing services and architecture
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
- Experience with AI enabled workflows (automation, summarization, risk identification)
- Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
- Experience leveraging judgement and influence to orchestrate multiple, interdependent, cross-functional workstreams across organizational boundaries, to secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
