Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to support the Interior Responsibility Center - Washington (IRCWA) based out of Everett, Washington.
The IRCWA team is seeking a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills to drive design, certification, and in-service support of cabin systems and components for: BCA (Boeing Commercial Aircraft ), BDS (Boeing Defense Systems) & BGS (Boeing Global Services).
The leader in this role will champion One BPS culture, tools, and KPIs while ensuring cross-functional integration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer operations to deliver safe, compliant, and customer-focused interior solutions.

- Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
- 1+ year of experience using the Boeing Production System
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Previous Senior Leadership experience
- Experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives
- Experience coaching and mentoring employees
- Bachelor's degree or higher
