Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance FalconX's brand presence and drive customer engagement. This position requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital assets, trading, and institutional finance to effectively communicate FalconX's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with FalconX's business objectives.
  • Own FalconX’s social media presence, including content planning, posting cadence, and day-to-day channel management.
  • Support executive visibility and thought leadership programs, including developing and managing social content for senior leaders (e.g., CEO and key executives), ensuring consistent voice and strategic positioning.
  • Write marketing copy across formats (announcements, social posts), ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency with FalconX’s voice.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, podcast, email campaigns, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the digital asset and cryptocurrency markets is a plus. Working knowledge of crypto markets, trading concepts, and/or institutional finance strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $110,000 - $135,000 in New York City. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications and the level at which the candidate is hired.
