Description

Xtend is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support our Member Marketing & Education team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, working with technology, solving problems, and ensuring every detail is executed accurately. You'll help build and execute marketing campaigns, support the systems behind them, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our credit union partners. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into client-facing project and account management responsibilities over time.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns and communications across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage target audiences and marketing segments using available data and query tools.
  • Support marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage recurring daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes with accuracy and consistency.
  • Compile campaign performance data and prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy before campaigns and communications are delivered.
  • Support client requests, content updates, and audience management activities.
  • Maintain documentation for recurring processes, system configurations, and workflows.
  • Crosstrain with teammates to provide backup support across key marketing services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data, or a related field is preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in project coordination, operations, marketing, or a data-focused role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and working within technical platforms and software systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, email marketing platforms, or query tools is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
