The Impact you’ll make
Social, Content, and Brand Management
- Plan, schedule, and curate engaging content across social channels
- Create on-brand graphics for social, flyers, and campaigns using Canva/Adobe
- Update and maintain marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency
Campaigns, Email, and Communications
- Build and deploy newsletters and email campaigns (e.g., Constant Contact)
- Draft holiday/closure and client communications; review inbound marketing requests
- Develop forms and workflows to support campaigns and lead capture
Events and Referral Marketing
- Coordinate event logistics, order materials, and manage timelines end-to-end
- Drive projects for the referral marketing program to increase participation
- Coordinate internal/external campaigns (e.g., National Healthcare Recruiter Day)
Talent Marketing and Channel Operations
- Monitor and report on weekly job postings; optimize titles and descriptions
- Manage LinkedIn job slots within the dashboard; track utilization
- Ensure all job-related marketing aligns with brand and compliance standards
Analytics, Research, and Project Leadership
- Conduct SEO keyword/competition research and competitor analysis
- Pull insights from Salesforce (or similar ATS/CRM) and vendor sources to inform decisions
- Own deadline management, project plans, and cross-functional coordination; mentor or guide junior contributors as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, including leading projects and/or guiding a small team
- Hands-on experience creating and deploying email campaigns (Constant Contact or similar)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Gmail
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools and Canva for basic design and asset creation
- Ability to analyze data and report insights using Salesforce (or similar ATS/CRM) and vendor sources
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
