We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our analytics services company, specializing in B2B and Account Based Marketing (ABM) for technology clients. Are you a data storyteller who can turn dashboards into decisions? Do you thrive in client conversations where you’re the expert in the room — guiding marketing and sales leaders toward business growth through analytics?

NowVertical Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Leader to deliver strategic insights and lead analytics delivery for enterprise marketing clients — including a Fortune 100 Adobe account. You’ll manage a small team, synthesize dashboards into executive-ready narratives, and serve as a trusted advisor for data-driven marketing programs.

This is not a data-wrangling-only role — it’s a high-impact, externally-facing position requiring business acumen, client communication, and leadership maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll do…

Insight Leadership

· Translate raw data into high-value insights for Adobe’s marketing and sales teams.

· Extract trends, performance indicators, and business risks/opportunities from dashboards, reports, and CRM platforms.

· Present findings directly to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Client Advisory

· Act as a consultative partner, helping clients interpret data, set strategy, and make decisions grounded in analytics.

· Shape quarterly business reviews, campaign retrospectives, and strategic planning conversations.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Adobe’s marketing, analytics, and sales teams.

Team & Project Leadership

· Lead a small team of analysts; delegate tasks, QA deliverables, and mentor junior talent.

· Guide the end-to-end delivery of reporting, insights, and performance dashboards.

· Champion data accuracy, governance, and storytelling best practices across projects.

Technical Excellence

· Build dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.

· Write and validate SQL queries; understand CRM and marketing platform structures (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics).

· Utilize predictive modeling and statistical techniques (R, Python, or similar) to enhance performance analysis.

What You Bring...

  • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing analytics, with a focus on pipeline reporting, integrated campaign reporting, or ABM performance.
  • · Experience working with enterprise clients — ideally SaaS or technology — in a client-facing analytics or consulting role.
  • · Proven ability to own the room: leading analytics discussions with VP or Director-level marketers.
  • · Fluency in CRM, MAP, and web analytics platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • · Strong SQL and reporting skills; experience building or QA’ing dashboards in PowerBI or Tableau.
  • · Excellent written and verbal communication; you can simplify complex data for business stakeholders.

Required Enterprise B2B Marketing experience:

  1. Experience providing analytics for an Enterprise B2B Sales organization, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  2. Advanced degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  3. Expertise in analytics design, predictive modeling, and statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R, Python, SQL).
  4. Experience with AI/ML techniques and database design, data cleansing, and automation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot complex client challenges, and deliver impactful solutions on time.

Additional Skills:

·        Model development

·        Experience with AI and ML tools

·        Experience in database structure and creation, data cleansing algorithms

·        Extensive experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau

·        Comfortable communicating directly with RA staff about client needs and objectives

·        Ability to critically think through client requests: identify objective, troubleshoot obstacles, and deliver in timely manner

Why This Role...?

This is a career-making opportunity to influence strategy for a world-class marketing organization — while mentoring analysts and shaping how data drives business growth. You won’t just crunch numbers. You’ll tell the story, advise the client, and lead the team.

You’ll fit in by…

• Thinking like an owner (Founder’s Mindset)

• Communicating with honesty, candour, and respect

• Being resourceful and creative

• Acting with empathy
