The Senior Marketing Manager leads the marketing strategy for North America, directing multi-channel marketing activities while collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance brand positioning and campaign performance.
As our Senior Marketing Manager for North America, you’ll operate as the sole marketeer on the ground, you’ll own and deliver the regional marketing agenda - shaping strategy, driving execution, and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Underwriting and Distribution.
This is a senior, high-impact role with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll be responsible for translating global strategy into locally relevant activity, strengthening our broker engagement, and ensuring CFC’s brand and proposition land effectively and authentically in the North American market.
About the role
You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the US and Canada, aligned to CFC’s global direction and local business priorities. From campaign planning through to execution and optimisation, you’ll lead integrated, multi-channel activity across digital, email, social, paid media and events.
You’ll support product launches and feature updates, deliver broker-facing communications, and build thought leadership in the market, working closely with our Digital, Content, Communications and Events teams. You’ll also be responsible for tracking performance, sharing market insight, managing regional budgets, and demonstrating clear commercial impact.
Just as importantly, you’ll act as the single point of contact for marketing in North America—advising senior leaders, building strong internal relationships, and championing consistent, high-quality brand delivery.
About you
You’re a senior B2B marketer with significant experience leading strategic, multi-channel campaigns - in an intermediated environment such as insurance or financial services. You’re comfortable operating independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and experience managing budgets and performance metrics. You’re confident working across time zones and within international teams, and you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen.
