JOB SUMMARY:
The Wholesale Senior Manager plays a critical role in developing marketing strategies to optimize brand awareness and generate opportunities to expand presence.  Lead all execution and oversee initiatives across key US and Canadian partners, including Sephora, Amazon, Nordstrom, and Ulta. This role drives alignment between marketing strategies and the wholesale channel to ensure consistent brand messaging and vision.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales teams to develop assortment plans, promotions, product launches, and kits, while maintaining focus on margins and costs. The Wholesale Senior Manager leads communication efforts, keeps internal teams updated on business needs, and manages key projects such as kit development, signage updates, and in-store display executions.
This role demands strong project management, communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to leverage customer insights and data analytics to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Wholesale Initiatives & Project Management
  • Lead and manage key wholesale initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional communication with key internal and external partners.  Including, but not limited to the Sales, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Creative and Finance teams to effectively manage deliverables.
  • Analyze sales trends across wholesale partners and Sell-out channels, optimizing marketing initiatives to drive channel growth.
  • Oversee the alignment and execution of brand initiatives across both in-store and digital wholesale channels, ensuring consistency in evergreen and seasonal strategies, assets, POS, and activations.
  • Lead weekly marketing and wholesale operational meetings to review and plan upcoming projects, both evergreen and promotional.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop strong market presentations, strategies, and product assortments, as well as plan promotions and activations for key retail partners.
  • Optimize marketing positioning with an understanding of competition and brand priorities to provide strong direction in all project briefs.
Local Packaging Planning & Development
  • Collaborate with Creative, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and external vendors to design exclusive kits and packaging that enhance brand image, maintain margins, and meet timelines.
Category & Product Life Cycle
  • Partner with Senior Trade Marketing Manager to define product launch timings and promotional activities; manage assortment updates, new launches, and exit strategies.
  • Concept and lead process improvements and strategy opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset to facilitate channel growth.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects aimed at supporting the business and marketing goals.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  • Sell-In Sales Budget for US and CANADA
  • Local Packaging Savings YoY
  • New Customer Recruitment Target

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
  • BA/BSC required
EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 years’ experience in beauty, wholesale, project management, Sephora and/or Amazon experience preferred
SKILLS:
  • Passion for beauty and branding with strong enthusiasm for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage projects with a focus on results and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable plans that drive business results.
  • Positive attitude with proven track record of working effectively with internal and external teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and convey ideas clearly.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to support daily operations

PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Travel may be required 2-3 times a year

The compensation for this role ranges from $105,000 - $110,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to annual salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
