  • Manage high-profile creator and talent integrations from planning through execution—including negotiations, content coordination, activations, and product launches.

  • Build and manage relationships with key gaming creators, streamers, esports organizations, athletes, entertainers, agents, and talent representatives across multiple verticals. Increasing the exposure for Razer’s brand voice, console products and partnerships.

  • Set the seeding briefs and monthly seeding targets for both sustain and NPI launches, partnering with the Global Marketing team to ensure Console Seeding reaches its target audience across all regions.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with game publishers and platform partners, capitalizing on major game launches, esports moments, and cultural gaming events.

  • Manage feedback from influencers and pro players to inform and improve the Console product roadmap and share a clear point of view on how to innovate and lead in the console space.

  • Partner cross-functionally across Paid Media, Regional & Global Marketing, Community, Brand, eCommerce, and Business Development teams—and external partners—to deliver cohesive global campaigns for the Console influencer program.

  • Manage agency partners and oversee campaign execution to ensure work meets Razer's creative, operational, and business standards.

  • Measure creator and campaign performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI, and recommend optimizations based on consumer insights and analytics.
