About Throne

Throne is a fast growing Series C startup transforming public infrastructure by delivering clean, safe, smart restrooms to cities, transit agencies, and public spaces. With flagship customers like LA Metro, Caltrain, Berkeley, Ann Arbor, Beverly Hills and Washington DC, we're rapidly scaling and preparing for multi-city expansion in 2026-2027.

We recognize an unspoken problem: that better bathroom accommodations are sorely needed in most cities. Public and retail bathrooms are neither positioned to meet demand, nor incentivized to provide the quality experience people deserve.

Our mission is to provide peace of mind to the millions of people who set out on an adventure on any given day. That adventure may be big or small. It may involve taking your toddler to the park, driving a stranger to the airport, running a half marathon, or exploring a new city for the first time.

Role Overview

Throne is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our NYC team, reporting to the Technical Operations Manager. This hands-on role supports the growth and day-to-day operations of a new market, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as the team grows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with change and ambiguity, and excited to be a part of a growing and rapidly evolving operation and team.

In addition to performing the core cleaning, restocking, and maintenance work of an Operations Specialist, you'll take on additional responsibilities that support the day-to-day needs of a growing NYC market. This is a shift-based role with coverage needs spanning early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $30.00/hour. Full-time roles are eligible for the benefits package below, including stock options.
