About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

What You Will Do:

  • Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
  • Engage with customers (primarily non-technical users in the US) to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
  • Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
  • Develop data-driven insights to differentiate our product in competitive markets
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay

Who you are?

  • 4 -​ 10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-​growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on digital marketing tools and analytics for e-​commerce sellers
  • Experience building digital marketing tools or analytics for e-​commerce sellers (e.​g.​,​ Helium 10,​ Triple Whale,​ Braze,​ LocaliQ,​ Wavemaker,​ Jungle Scout,​ Kalodata,​ Billo)
  • Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-​stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
  • Experience building for non-​technical or operational users,​ e.​g.​,​ brick-​and-​mortar,​ retail,​ restaurants,​ field ops)
