About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.
What You Will Do:
- Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Engage with customers (primarily non-technical users in the US) to identify pain points and opportunities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
- Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
- Develop data-driven insights to differentiate our product in competitive markets
- Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay
Who you are?
- 4 - 10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on scoping, building, and managing platform integrations and partner ecosystems
- Experience managing platform integrations and partner ecosystems, including building connectors for point-of-sale systems, payment platforms, or ERP systems
- Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
- Experience building for non-technical or operational users, e.g., brick-and-mortar, retail, restaurants, field ops)
