As an Oracle EBS Financials Consultant your primary focus will be to deliver Oracle Finance solutions to our customers using our proven methodology and embracing the emerging technology. You will be empowered to work with colleagues in partnership with our customers throughout their project lifecycle, to transform their business and deliver quality business outcomes.
In addition to project delivery, you will have an opportunity to support presales engagements, stakeholder management, and change management. You will also be expected to participate in internal knowledge share and employee development programmes.
ResponsibilitiesCandidate will be responsible for the delivery of Financial workstream activities on Oracle EBS projects, delivering workshops, defining solutions, configuration, and processes. Ability to configure the system and work with the technical team on functional support for technical elements such as Data Migration, Integrations and Reporting. The resource will be required to document the configuration and solution and be able clearly articulate activities in English.
Qualifications- 4+ years’ functional experience working in Oracle ERP applications
- An ability to implement Oracle EBS Financials solutions and deliver high quality outcomes
- Full Financials project lifecycle experience and experience of leading a team
- Full understanding of Enterprise Structure concepts
- A depth of knowledge of the system and implementation process that will allow you to define, scope, plan and estimate the delivery implementation activities
- Track record of business consulting and project delivery across multiple projects and industries
- Ability to articulate business and technical issues related to Finance
- Capable of developing strong relationships with colleagues, customers, Oracle and other partners
- A complete understanding of the Oracle Financials processes
- Experience working with Oracle Support, logging SRs and working issues through to resolution
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a range of people of varying technical and business knowledge, often explaining complex concepts to customer users/stakeholders
- Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking, showing attention to detail
- Ability to produce clear documentation, design and specifications to support project lifecycle
- Ability to clearly articulate process and functionality to maximize customer understanding
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with potentially multiple assignments
- Commitment to personal development in relevant skills
- Support the Finance Lead, Solution Architect and Project Manager during the definition and delivery of the implementation.
