Our Sales Team plays a pivotal role in the growth of Joomag, driving new business initiatives and building relationships with prospects to deliver value and tailored solutions. We adopt a strategic approach to sales that emphasizes understanding our clients' needs and positioning our offerings effectively.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the commission-based cooperation to lead our outbound prospecting efforts and help shape our outbound sales strategy. This role will drive outreach initiatives, identify high-value leads, and establish scalable sales processes to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound sales, with specific experience in martech, sales tech, or content experience industries.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound Lead Generation & Qualification: Execute and refine outbound strategies targeting decision-makers within various industries.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a consistent pipeline of quality leads through proactive outreach (cold calling, emailing, social selling) and identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Process Creation and Optimization: Develop and optimize outbound processes, including defining messaging, engagement sequences, and qualification criteria for high-efficiency prospecting.
  • CRM & Sales Tools Management: Use HubSpot to manage leads, track activities, and analyze data, refining tactics based on performance and ensuring seamless sales handoffs.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales, marketing and success teams to align target personas, messaging, and outreach campaigns, and provide insights to enhance lead quality.
  • Market & Industry Research: Conduct research within content experience field to understand trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, iterating on outreach methods based on data and results.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Experience: 4-6 years in outbound lead generation or sales development in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in martech, sales tech, or content experience industries.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot as a CRM, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and campaign reporting.
  • Sales Expertise: Familiarity with B2B sales development best practices, including CRM use, sales automation, and data analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling outreach messages and engage with decision-makers.
  • Analytical Ability: Proven ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to refine lead generation approaches.
  • Problem-Solving: Adaptability in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adjust tactics based on feedback, emerging trends, and evolving team needs.

HIRING STAGES

1) Video interview: the first step is a Video Interview. In this stage, you will be asked to record your responses to a series of predefined questions. This allows us to gain an initial understanding of your professional background, communication skills, and enthusiasm for the role. You will receive a link with clear instructions on how to complete the video recording. You can complete this step at your convenience within the provided deadline.

2) Interview w/ the Recruiter: A 30-minute online meeting with a Recruiter  to discuss your background, understand your interest in the role, and answer your initial questions.

3) Interview w/ VP of Sales: An in-depth up to 40-60 minute interview with Joomag VP of Sales - to assess your qualifications and fit for the position as well as address questions on your side.

4) Interview w/ CEO: A 30-minute online meeting with to discuss your background, explore your alignment with Joomag’s vision, and address any strategic questions you may have.

5) Offer extension: If selected, you will receive a job offer with details about the role and uncover the next steps of the onboarding.
